Opening Australia-wide
TradieHubAU is opening Australia-wide; our first customers and jobs are in South East Melbourne and outer south-east Melbourne. Confirm payment status through the in-app job record and payment statement shown for your specific job.
How to Request Deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account with the subject line Account deletion request. Include your display name and registered email so we can confirm your identity. We will acknowledge your request within 14 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
What Gets Deleted
Your profile details, verification documents (identities, licences, ABNs, insurance), job postings, quotes, public Q&A contributions, reviews, messages, saved items, and uploaded photos are permanently and irreversibly deleted from the platform. Your ability to sign in is removed, and your data is no longer visible to other users.
What Is Kept
Payment and transaction records are retained for 7 years where required by Australian financial record-keeping law, de-identified where possible. Records needed to resolve open disputes or comply with legal obligations (fraud, abuse, or safety investigations) are kept until the matter is resolved or the legal obligation ends, then deleted.
Lost Access to Your Account
If you can no longer access your registered email, email us from any address with as much identifying information as you can provide (display name, suburb, approximate dates of use). We may request additional verification before processing your deletion request.
